Psychotherapy

Together, we can create a safe, supportive space to face challenges, build insight, and pursue your goals.

  • Every child is different, and so is every family. That’s why Dr. Steph takes an individualized and holistic approach. She specializes in using proven techniques to help with concerns like anxiety, ADHD, and externalizing/acting-out behaviors. She also brings creativity and play into the process as those activities help kids feel comfortable and understood while exploring their emotions.

Parenting can feel really tough when your child is struggling with big feelings, executive functioning challenges, or behavior that feels hard to manage. You don’t have to figure it out on your own. Dr. Steph works with children and caregivers to make sense of what’s going on and to find practical, evidence-based ways to move forward.

Dr. Steph’s goal is to support your child’s growth while also giving you tools and confidence as a parent or caregiver. Finding what works best for your family is what helps you feel calmer and more connected.

Dr. Steph integrates several treatment approaches based on the goals and needs of your family and child. For instance, CBT, ACT, and PCIT (Parent-Child interaction Therapy) techniques.

  • The teen years bring a lot of change. With that can come stress, anxiety, and struggles that feel hard to manage alone. Dr. Steph works with adolescents who are facing challenges like anxiety, ADHD, unhealthy perfectionism, difficulties with friends and social situations, school pressures, and the many ups and downs that come with growing up.

Her approach is supportive, practical, and always tailored to your teen’s unique needs. While Dr. Steph relies on evidence-based strategies that are proven to help (e.g., CBT and ACT), she also knows that teens engage best when therapy feels relevant and approachable. Sometimes that means talking things through, and other times it might mean using creative or hands-on approaches to help them feel more at ease.

The goal is to give your teen a safe space to be heard, to build skills for handling stress and challenges, and to strengthen their confidence while also supporting you as a parent in navigating this stage of life.

  • Life can be overwhelming at times. Between relationships, family, and daily responsibilities, it’s easy to feel stretched thin. Add in struggles like anxiety, ADHD, perfectionism, sleep issues, or just feeling “stuck,” and it can seem even harder to find your footing.

Dr. Steph works with adults who want support in managing stress, navigating relationship or work challenges, and finding better ways to cope with the pressures of everyday life. Her style is down-to-earth, collaborative, and focuses on figuring out together what feels most helpful for you. Sometimes that means learning practical tools to manage stress or executive dysfunction, and other times it’s simply having space to talk things through and feel understood.

Therapy is a place to pause, reflect, and get support for the things that matter most to you. Dr. Steph’s goal is to help you feel calmer, more connected, and better equipped to handle whatever life throws your way.
