FAQs
-
For this group, toddler age is generally considered 1–3 years old.
However, some wiggle room is fine! If your child is outside that range email Steph at drsteph@evergrowpsych.com to double check that the group will still benefit you.

A women-focused space can be incredibly powerful. It creates extra room for honest, unfiltered conversations like processing the emotional weight of motherhood, or simply finding solidarity with women who get it on a deeper level.
That said, raising boys is a team effort and it’s not just up to moms to do it (or moms who need support). Dads, grandparents, stepdads, and all kinds of caregivers play a huge role in our kids' lives. Their support and perspectives matter enormously too.
For those who want more options, Steph is actively working on offerings where all caregivers are welcome! If you'd like to be kept in the loop, reach out to her directly or sign up for emails on the home page.

This is a educational parenting workshop, not therapy. The content is grounded in clinical research and led by a licensed psychologist, but it's designed to be educational and supportive and does not constitute psychological treatment or a therapist-client relationship. While Steph is a psychologist, she is not your psychologist in this setting.
If you're looking for additional mental health resources, Steph is connected with a network of trusted local providers and is happy to point you in the right direction.

Yes! Little ones are welcome. Feel free to bring a baby OR toddler.
Some moms also prefer to come without their child. That’s totally fine too.
