The name Evergrow reflects a simple belief: every season is the right season to grow.

Dr. Steph offers psychotherapy and psychological evaluations within a warm, collaborative setting.

She serves clients across the lifespan and specializes in ADHD, anxiety, insomnia, and parenting support/child-rearing.

Her training in evidence-based therapies includes:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I)

  • Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT).

By tailoring treatment to each individual, Dr. Steph empowers clients to build insight, strengthen coping, and live more fully in alignment with what matters most to them.

Evergrow is located in the Highlands neighborhood of Denver. There's easy parking, and the neighborhood itself is walkable to coffee and food if you need a pick-me-up before or after a session.

Inside, you'll find natural light, living plants, and a calm feel that’s anything but sterile.
